We always send an order confirmation to the e-mail you´ve submitted when making the order. If you have not received a confirmation, it might be because of the following reasons:
- the order did not go through
- You´ve submitted the wrong address
- It got sent to your junk mail

When your order arrives at the pick-up location, a notification will be sent via SMS to the mobile number you provided at the time of the order.
We offer our customers a 30 day return policy, even during sales.
Yes, you are able to cancel your order as long as it has not been handled and sent out from our warehouse.
To cancel your order please contact [email protected] and write ”Cancel order” as a subject followed by your order number.
Changes might be possible depending on where your order is in the process. If you want to change sizes, color, or remove a product from your order, please contact us on [email protected]
Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to your order.
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American-Express, or with Klarna invoice or direct payment.
You can pause your invoice in Klarna’s app. If you need further assistance, please contact Klarna’s customer service here.
The delivery time is specified when you check out, but generally we try to send your order from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.
