Competition terms

1. The competition is organized by SkiStar via @eqpe_official Instagram
2. You compete by first following @eqpe_official on Instagram, then liking the competition post, and commenting on your favorite product on www.eqpestore.com. Only one competition entry per person is valid.
3. The competition is open to all citizens of Sweden over the age of 18. Employees or representatives of SkiStar or their families may not participate in this competition.
4. Only contest entries published online via Instagram will be accepted. In order to have the opportunity to win prizes in the competition, the competitor must give SkiStar the right to publish the competition entry free of charge on its own platforms in connection with the selection of the winners.
5. It is not necessary to purchase anything to participate in the competition.
6. Skistar is not responsible for deleted or invalid entries.
7. Contest entries must be received no later than midnight on the last day of the contest period to be valid. Winning entries will be selected by a jury consisting of representatives from SkiStar.
8. The prize value for the winner amounts to a maximum value of SEK 9,000.
9. We reserve the right that products may run out of sizes.
10. Participants are themselves responsible publishers of the competition entries.
11. Any profit tax is paid by the winner.
12. The jury's decision cannot be appealed.
13. The winner will be notified personally by SkiStar and announced via Instagram.
14. Personal information about competition entrants will be used to administer entries, to notify winners of prizes and for distribution of prizes. Personal information will only be used for marketing if the participant has consented to such use at registration or at a later time.
15. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If, against all odds, it turns out that the win is not available, Skistar is right to replace the profit with an alternative they consider to be of equivalent value.
16. Entrants agree that if they win, SkiStar has the right, without further payment or permission, to use the entrants' name on the website/in publications, to announce the winners of this competition and for promotional purposes in connection with the competition.
17. Skistar reserves the right to adjust the competition structure during the course of the competition.
18. Only entries published during the dates the competition is running will be included in the selection of winners. Entries published before or after the competition will not be included in the selection.
