Pickup point
Your package will be delivered to the collection point closest to the address you provided. We'll send you a text message with the package's tracking number and details when it's ready for pick-up. All you need to do is to bring a valid ID when you collect your package. It's that easy! And if you have any question or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Home delivery
We want to make things easy for you, so we're happy to offer home delivery! We'll send your package straight to your doorstep, and we'll give you a call to let you know it's on its way. Just a heads up, the delivery will be made to the front door or boundary of your address, we do not bring it inside the house or the flat.
However, if you have agreed with the carrier that the goods are to be delivered without recipient, please keep in mind that the risk for the goods are transferred to you upon delivery according to our terms and conditions. Budbee
We're excited to offer you the convenience of home delivery or delivery to a Budbee-box for packages up to 20 kg! The delivery time may vary depending on your postal code and the day and time of the week that you place your order, but you can always check your estimated delivery time in the checkout. Once your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse, Budbee will send you further delivery information to your email. The following day before 12:00, you'll receive a text message with tracking information and an estimated delivery time. You can also adjust the delivery and delivery day before 14:00 the day before delivery.
Please keep in mind that if you have left your consent with Budbee that they can leave your order without receipt of delivery or your presence, you are fully responsible for the shipment according to our policy. Delivery time
We'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible! The standard delivery time for small parcels or home delivery is typically 1-4 working days from the date we confirm your order by email.
Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary and we cannot guarantee these delivery times. If your delivery is running a bit late, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist you.
Uncollected parcels
We understand that life can get busy and sometimes things slip our minds, that's why we want to give you a little extra time to collect your order from the collection point. Your order will be kept at the collection point for fourteen (14) days from the first notification we sent to you. If for some reason you are unable to collect it within this time frame, we'll have to send it back to us. But don't worry, we don't want to charge you for something that wasn't your fault, so if the goods are returned after the above deadline, we'll charge a small fee of 29,9 EUR to cover the costs of our administration, carriage, return carriage and handling. Please note that uncollected parcels are not covered by the right to a cooling-off period. If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Damaged goods
We want to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition, so we take responsibility for any damages that may occur during transportation. Once you have received your goods, we recommend that you take the time to carefully examine the product to ensure that it is not damaged. If you notice any damages, please immediately notify the external transportation company and pickup point, and then reach out to our customer service team. We will ask you to keep the transportation packaging and product packaging for further examination. If you have any question or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
It's important to note that if you have given your consent to the transportation company to leave your order without receipt of delivery or your presence, you will be fully responsible for the shipment according to our policy.
