Returns & exchanges
At EQPE, we're all about creating products that make you smile. So, we hope that your new EQPE purchase has you grinning from ear to ear! But just in case it's not quite the perfect fit, don't worry - we've got you covered. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery confirmation, during which you can exchange your product for a different size or color at no extra charge. And if you decide to return it, just note there is a delivery fee of 4.90 EUR.
To make the process super smooth, please make sure to keep all tags attached, use the original packaging, and ensure the product is in the same great condition as when you received it. We want you to be completely satisfied with your EQPE purchase and have a feeling of satisfaction every time you use it!
How to make a return or exchange?
Would you like to return or exchange your product? Please follow these steps below:
- Go to our return centre: Make a return
- Log in with your e-mail and ordernumber which you´ll find in your order confirmation
- Choose if you want to return or exchange your product
- Click on the product you wish to return or exchange, you can change both color and size at no extra charge.
- Move to the next step and choose delivery
- Confirm your choice and complete the process
- If you don't have a return label in your package, you will receive an e-mail with a QR-code that you show for the service point in order to print your return label.
- Leave your return at your nearest pick up point.
- Exchange - we will send out your exchange product as soon as you've registered your exchange in our return portal. If your new product is less expensive you will receive a partial refund.
- Refund - your refund will be processed after we have made a quality check that can take up to 14 days. After that your refund will be processed and that can take up to 3-5 working days depending on your payment method.
Just a friendly reminder that we do charge a fee for returns and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We also ask that you make sure to initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, as we are unable to process returns that come in after that time frame.
To ensure a smooth process, we recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage from your post office.
